Disclaimer
In general, one should consider the reason as to why they want to build a backend for market data ingestion. These days, most people are more suited to take a subscription from Trading View and perform their market analysis there. There are no servers to maintain and you can focus on the research there.
Granted, there are still limitations to TradingView such as limited data. They don't show you extended trading periods for stocks (8 pm - 4 am) and it's hard to do complex analysis that would require some coding. If you are in this group, then it may be of advantage to you to build your own backend.
